I have a confession. I own two - not one - slow cookers. When I lived at the Owen Graduate Hall in East Lansing, I used a slow cooker almost daily. It was great to come home to the smells of either a Thai soup or curry. With cubes' new schedule at work, we often don't start cooking dinner until after 7:30PM; this means having meals ready when we walk in the door is crucial.
