Weekly Wrap: Line Art in the Kitchen

It's been a couple of weeks since my last round up of items that caught my eye. Here are some illustrations that I'd like in my entry hall or kitchen. Currently we have framed sepia toned photographs of fruit and strawberries that I took at a Farmer's Market in 2006. cubes is not overwhelmed by them and would like something with a little more action. Maybe some colorful line art?

From the top working our way clockwise, we have One Bowl Brownies, from the 6 Recipes for Chocolate Lovers collection, They Draw They Cook, illustrated by Jane Marinsky, spotted via Creature Comforts. Next we have three recipe cards from recipe cards from Sigrid Olsen ArtInsalata CapreseThai Curry Soup, and Mango Papaya Lassi, $5.00 ea. Finally we have How to Cook an EggplantPut the Kettle On, and The Most Important Meal posters from This Paper Ship spotted on Paper Crave, $15 ea.

As we don't have unlimited wall space, maybe I should get one of these functional items from Oh Little Rabbit (one of my favorite Etsy shops that I highlighted in a previous weekly wrap, "Type in the Kitchen"): Oversized Shopper Tote $17.50; Journal $12; Flour Sack Towel $10.

Hopefully you're out and about enjoying this gorgeous weather. I'm unfortunately nursing a head cold, so it's tv and hanging out with SpriteKat for me.

Bon Apetit!
