As with any trade show, there are highlights and lowlights. The highlights were a team kickoff dinner at Lindo Michoacan and a dry aged steak at Gallagher's. The lowlight was poor customer service at both Border Grill (the food made up for the service in this case) and Fleur (sadly the food here failed).
I'll share more details next week, including a flashback to my dinner at Fleur de Lys (now replaced with Fleur) on my last Vegas trip.
