What I Crave: Tom Yum Spice

I'm not usually a big fan of fusion offerings. Some of the combinations seem contrived or forced. One fusion that I'm loving mixes two of my guilty pleasures - Tom Yum Soup and Fried Flour Tortilla Chips.

Why do I love it? I'm addicted to Tom Yum for one. And two, this dish strikes me as a more elegant presentation of Chef Ped's Jumping Shrimp dish, which is basically a stir fry with Tom Yum seasoning.
