Weekly Wrap: A Place to Work and Dream

This week I'm craving clean uncluttered workspaces and styled storage.

Last weekend and at night this week, I've been trying to get our apartment organized. I've tackled two trouble spots in our living room closet (home to my sewing cubby). While progress is being made, the going is slow.

On deck for today you ask? More "weeding." Weeding you ask? Digging through the shoes and clothes in the closet and sorting. First section - Keep. Second section - Sell. Third section - Mend. Fourth section - Give Away.

Later in the day, when the shop is open, I'll be taking shoes and clothes with labels (my favorite Anne Klein, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, and Express jeans) to thrift stores. I'll also be listing Dansk China Origami on eBay - the talc is a slightly different shade than our Noritake China Colorwave - and posting our two pine nightstands to Craigslist.

For those curious, I'll be posting photos of The Great De-Cluttering 2011 when the project is complete. We might even get a guest post from cubes as tomorrow's piece of this project is his office (currently more of a storage closet).
